Even as we pace ourselves and temper our expectations of ‘life as normal’ we also must realize that this prolonged isolation has a way of calling up from our personal depths those experiences of emotional upheaval. I encourage you to stay strong in both body and mind, and to be gentle upon yourselves and those you love.
While for some people medications may be an appropriate bridge to manage these states, my colleagues and I wish to offer perspectives and options to help you transform those ’negative’ emotions into a call to action to heal and transform.
